Terms & Conditions: Payment Structure for Retreat Booking
Deposit and Payment Schedule
Upon booking a retreat on our website, customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total retreat price.
The remaining 50% of the total retreat price is due 60 days before the scheduled retreat date.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of the reservation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Deposit Non-Refundable
The 50% deposit paid upon booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to cancellations, changes in travel plans, or any other reasons for not attending the retreat.
Payment Methods
Payments for retreat bookings can be made through our secure online payment portal using accepted credit/debit cards or other approved payment methods.
Customers will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment of the deposit, along with details regarding the remaining balance and payment deadlines.
Payment Confirmation
The booking of a retreat is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit payment.
The reservation will be secured once the deposit payment is processed, and a confirmation email is sent to the customer's provided email address.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the non-refundable deposit will be retained by the company.
Any requests for cancellation or changes to the reservation must be communicated to us in writing via email.
Refunds or credits for cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled retreat date are not provided.
Change Requests
Requests to change the scheduled retreat date or any other booking details are subject to availability and approval by the company.
Additional fees or charges may apply for changes made to existing reservations.
Force Majeure
The company reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel retreats due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or acts of terrorism.
In such cases, the company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate customers with alternative arrangements or provide refunds as applicable.
Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the booking and payment process on our website, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions governing the payment structure for retreat bookings.
